Cinnamon Ice Cream
Ingredients
5 cups of Water
1 ¼ cup of Granulated sugar
1 Cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons of Cold water
1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
1 tablespoon of Lemon juice

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious cinnamon ice cream, start by boiling five cups of water with the cinnamon stick until it takes on color and flavor, and reduces to four cups.
Step 2 : Then, add the sugar and let it boil for five minutes.
Step 3 : Next, dissolve one tablespoon of cornstarch in two tablespoons of cold water and add it to the previous mixture.
Step 4 : Let it cook for about five minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Step 5 : Afterwards, add one tablespoon of lemon juice and strain the mixture.
Step 6 : Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator to freeze.
Step 7 : Halfway through freezing, beat the mixture to prevent the ice cream from becoming too hard.
