Quinoa Phisara
Ingredients

2 cups of Quinoa with shell
3 cups of Beef broth
3 tablespoons of Oil
4 Potatoes
½ kilogram of Broad beans
250 grams of Fresh cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the quinoa in a skillet over heat without oil and toast until it turns a golden color.
Step 2 : Then, pass a stone over the quinoa to loosen the shell and remove it.
Step 3 : Next, place the quinoa in a container and wash it with your hands to completely remove the shell.
Step 4 : It is recommended to move the water while washing so that the shell stays on the surface and can be discarded.
Step 5 : Once washed, drain the quinoa with a strainer a couple of times until it is completely clean.
Step 6 : In a pot, add the broth and oil, and cook the quinoa over low heat with the pot covered.
Step 7 : Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the broad beans in water with salt.
Step 8 : Once cooked, serve the quinoa on plates accompanied by the broad beans and pieces of fresh cheese.
