Quinoa Humintas
Ingredients
2 cups of Quinoa
1 Fresh cheese
1 Pinch of anise
1 pinch of Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Salt
2 tablespoons of Melted butter
2 Eggs
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cooking the quinoa in water until it is dry.
Step 2 : Then, grind it in a blender or mortar and pestle.
Step 3 : Next, add the beaten eggs, anise, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and melted butter to the quinoa, mixing all the ingredients well.
Step 4 : Then, in a greased baking dish, spread a layer of quinoa and place slices of cheese on top.
