Ingredients

6 Pig's feet

12 Small onions

Green chili

4 Cooked carrots

6 cups of White vinegar

3 cups of Water

½ teaspoon of Whole black peppercorns

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the pig's feet, boil them until they are well cooked.

Step 2 : In a separate pot, place the peeled small onions halved, the green chili to taste, the carrots cut into quarters, and the already cooked pig's feet.

Step 3 : Then, season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and water, and cook over low heat for half an hour.

Step 4 : Once the pig's feet are cooked, turn off the heat and let it cool until the next day.

Step 5 : When serving, accompany with boiled white potatoes.
