Ingredients

8 Medium potatoes

½ cup of Yellow chili

¼ cup of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 cup of Toasted peanut

¼ cup of Water

1 cup of Fresh cheese

1 Lettuce head

4 Hard-boiled eggs

12 Black olives

Huacatay sprigs

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by grinding the yellow chili in a mortar.

Step 2 : Then, in a skillet, fry the chili and add salt, pepper, and the ground peanut with water, letting it cook for five minutes.

Step 3 : Next, mix the grated cheese with the huacatay.

Step 4 : To serve, place a bed of lettuce leaves on the plate, on top of which arrange the previously cooked and chilled potatoes.

Step 5 : Pour the prepared sauce made with oil, chili, toasted peanut and ground, and cheese over everything.

Step 6 : Slice the eggs and decorate the dish with them, finishing with the olives on top.
